MYRNABELLE ROCHE has been practicing exclusively in the areas of construction, real estate, warranty and insurance defense law for over 24 years. Ms. Roche has prosecuted and defended numerous construction, real estate, warranty, and insurance claims while she worked in-house as a Senior Trial Attorney for one the nation’s largest commercial insurance carriers and for one of Florida's largest property insurance carriers. She has also served as local defense trial counsel for some of the largest warranty companies in the nation. Ms. Roche is one of the few attorneys in the State who has worked in the construction and real estate industries before becoming a lawyer. She also served as special magistrate for code enforcement in multiple jurisdictions throughout Florida. Ms. Roche’s knowledge and experience have led to her winning numerous jury trials, non-jury trials and arbitrations for her clients since she started practicing law in 2002, making her one of the top trial attorneys in the state.
Ms. Roche received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida College of Law (2002). She also has a Masters in Building Construction from the University of Florida M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Building Construction (1998), and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Florida (1997).
